ŠTEFAN MARGITA TO CELEBRATE HIS 70TH BIRTHDAY WITH A NEW DUET ALBUM AND A SPECTACULAR GALA CONCERT AT O2 ARENA
In 2026, Štefan Margita will celebrate his 70th birthday in grand style—not only with the release of his duet album Guardian Angels, set to come out in the fall of 2025, but also with a spectacular gala concert at Prague’s O2 arena on May 15, 2026. This extraordinary evening will bring Margita together with renowned singers and actresses, who will join him in performing both beloved hits and brand-new songs, accompanied by the PKF Prague Philharmonia under the baton of conductor Jan Kučera.
"What better way for a singer to celebrate a milestone than through music? For both the album and the O2 arena concert, I have invited incredible female singers and actresses to perform with me. Among them are Monika Absolonová, Olga Lounová, Marta Jandová, Kateřina Kněžíková, Jitka Čvančarová, Lenka Graf, Ivana Chýlková, Bára Hrzánová, and even Olympic medalist Gabriela Soukalová. And I have one more big surprise in store—something I know the audience will love: HANA ZAGOROVÁ," revealed Štefan Margita.
