On 31 July 2018, the general meeting of Ticketmaster Česká republika, a.s. adopted resolution on the transformation of book-entry shares to documentary shares. 1,280 pcs of ordinary registered shares in a book-entry form in the nominal value of CZK 5,000 are to be transferred to 1,280 pcs of ordinary registered shares in a documentary form in the nominal value of CZK 5,000.
