Methods of delivery

The methods of delivery are listed below with their default fees. The availability of the individual Delivery methods and their fees may vary according to special arrangements or procedures for individual events, venues or promoters.

  Digital ticket available in our mobile application, on-line in My Account or as Print@home ticket.


• TicketFast - 0 Czk
  Print@home ticket, (B&W print is also possible)


• Postal delivery - Czech Republic - 249 Czk
  Tickets will be dispatched within 5 working days(*) to given address within Czech Republic.
  * If you have ordered Collector Tickets, your tickets will be dispatched 2 weeks before the event at the latest.


• Postal delivery – International - 499 Czk
  Tickets will be dispatched within 5 working days(*) to given address.
  * If you have ordered Collector Tickets, your tickets will be dispatched 2 weeks before the event at the latest.


• Personal pickup at O2 arena, Ticketmaster box office - 30 Czk
