About
The Last Dinner Party is an indie rock band from London, formed in 2021. The band have been making waves since the release of their debut single Nothing Matters on 19th April 2023. Their debut album Prelude to Ecstasy quickly hit the Number 1 spot in the UK Chart. In early 2025 The Last Dinner Party took home the 2025 BRIT Award win for Best New Artist.
"From the Pyre", The follow-up to their debut, will be released on October 17th via Island Records. In a statement, the band shared: “This record is a collection of stories, and the concept of album-as-mythos binds them. The Pyre itself is an allegorical place in which these tales originate, a place of violence and destruction but also regeneration, passion and light.”
